~1 Tin Condensed Milk, unopened.
(Yes! Only one ingredient!)
1. Take any wrappings or paper that may be on the tin off.
2. Place the tin in a medium pot, and fill it with hot or cold water. Put on medium to low on the stove for 3 hours.
3. Remove the pot from heat and place the tin (be careful, it’s hot!) in the sink which you would’ve already filled with cold water. Leave for 45 minutes.
4. And there you have your caramel!
