Two Recipes!

I’ve got two recipes to share with you. The first is a Tortilla recipe, which I found in a cookbook I bought, and it is sooooo simple and delicious! The second recipe is my own concoction 🙂 It’s also amazingly delicious! It’s a Apple + Cinnamon Crumble. But check what you put into it, it is easy!



Yields 12


2 Cups white flour

1 tsp salt

1Tsp oil or butter

1/2 cup water


In a mixing bowl mix flour, salt, and oil together with your hands (or put it into the food processor). Then add the water to form a ball. Add more water or flour to get the right consistency. Knead lightly. Then cover the bowl with a dry towel and leave for 15 minutes. Then divide your ball into 12 individual balls, and roll them out, one by one (they are super easy to roll out), and fry.

To make Tortillas: Fry on high heat on both sides until light brown. Take off heat and put on your fillings.

To make Tacos: Fry on low heat on both sides until light brown. Then fold into a taco shape and put on the fillings 🙂


Apple + Cinnamon Crumble

1 large serving


1 apple

1/4 cup musli or uncooked oats

2 tsp ground cinnamon

3 Tsp butter

3 tsp sugar


Slice your apple thinly, then put in a pot with sugar and butter. After about five minutes remove from heat and place in a bowl. Then there should be juices left in the pot, if not, add a bit more butter. Then add cinnamon and oats/muesli, and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pile on top of your apples.

Serve warm.

(It’s really delicious for breakfast, dessert, or a snack)
