I made this amazingly delicious liver salad a few minutes ago. I’m eating it now -it is soooo good!
So first you fry your onions in butter, and when golden brown, add your liver. Then cook as you normally would. After your liver is cooked, set aside, and boil 2 eggs. Once boiled, peel and cut into blocks. take an apple, chop finely, and if you’ve got salad leaves or lettuce, roughly chop and put in a bowl. Mix everything together in the bowl, along with seeds, cheese, cuccumber, or anything you may like 🙂
We didn’t have cheese so I made it without. Its delicious, but would be even more so with cheese.
